Guidewire launched ProNavigator, an AI assistant embedded directly into insurance workflows to deliver real-time, context-aware insights. The challenge was communicating a highly technical product in a way that felt clear, compelling, and immediately valuable for business users. Because the product operates inside existing workflows rather than as a standalone experience, the storytelling needed to demonstrate intelligence and speed while building trust and clarity around AI-driven capabilities.

I completed all motion design and visual storytelling for the product launch video, translating complex AI capabilities into a narrative focused on practical business value. The work centered on making invisible processes visible and creating a story that showed how AI could seamlessly support users without disrupting established workflows. Insurance technology and artificial intelligence can quickly become abstract, technical, and jargon-heavy. ProNavigator’s value came from how naturally it integrated into day-to-day workflows, which created a unique storytelling challenge: communicating intelligence and innovation without relying on flashy interfaces or overly conceptual visuals. The experience needed to convey speed, trust, and context-aware assistance while remaining grounded in real-world product usage.

The final work delivered a hero launch video supporting a flagship AI product release. The content was designed for flexibility across product marketing, web experiences, and sales enablement materials, helping communicate ProNavigator’s capabilities through a clear and engaging narrative.
