And as robo-advisors are increasing, their influence will increase as well. Enter OpenTec Finance. A new finance platform that focuses on transparency. Fees, trends, and industry changes are all clearly put on display.

Because OpenTec is focused on disseminating information, and editorial style made sense. And with an editorial style, illustration makes sense as a expressive medium. I researched sites like The Economist, The New York Times, Bloomberg, and Harvard Business Review, as well as tecnology brands like IBM, Google, and Android. I knew that all of the pieces need to work together as a system, from online to print. For the web hub, I decided for a bold look with large type to make the articles very accessible.
