Campaign Concepting and Design

As interest rates began to rise, Franklin Templeton Canada saw an opportunity to challenge the assumption that passive fixed income investing was enough.

The objective was to encourage investors to reconsider index-based approaches and position active fixed income management as a more effective response to changing market conditions.

I developed the campaign concept and visual storytelling approach, creating a platform that communicated stability, confidence, and performance. Built around the idea of sustained strength, the campaign was executed in two phases that used distinct visual metaphors while maintaining a consistent strategic message.

The first phase focused on the confidence and peace of mind enabled by strong performance, while the second introduced a sports-inspired narrative that highlighted the fund's enduring competitiveness.

Impact

The campaign was deployed across multiple channels, including out-of-home advertising, print publications, social media, and digital display advertising. The concept provided a flexible creative platform that could be adapted across formats while maintaining a cohesive message and visual identity throughout the campaign.
