Guidewire Connections is the company’s flagship customer conference, bringing together thousands of insurance professionals, partners, and industry leaders from around the world. For the 2025 event at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, the challenge was to transform large-scale digital environments into engaging communication tools that could support navigation, reinforce branding, and enhance the attendee experience throughout the conference.
Working within a fast-paced production schedule, I developed a scalable motion graphics system for the event’s network of large-format LED displays. The goal was not simply to create animated content, but to use motion strategically to communicate information clearly and create a cohesive visual experience across the venue.
I spearheaded the creation of more than 80 motion assets under tight deadlines and designed a parallax animated environment that was adapted across multiple applications throughout the event. The work required balancing visual impact with clarity, consistency, and usability in a large-scale live event setting.
The resulting content helped support one of the largest Guidewire Connections events to date, with more than 3,400 attendees representing 33 countries. The motion system created a unified visual experience that supported attendee engagement and reinforced the event’s overall brand presence across multiple environments.
